We only sell parts of the highest quality, and when listed as Genuine parts they are Genuine Parts.
Aftermarket parts we supply are of high quality, and in most cases matching OE quality.
If a part of your order is not available from stock, we may offer you a suitable alternative part of the same matching quality.
Part shipments may be made from us and our suppliers direct, if this is the case you will be supplied with multiple shipping tracking ID’s.
Warranty on parts is limited to repair, replacement of part or partial refund against part - this is only upon confirmation of a warrantied fault.
The warranty implied is as per the terms of warranty of the supplier/manufacturer of said part(s).
High performance and tuning parts supplied come with a limited warranty due to the nature of their use. This warranty is in the terms of the supplying manufacturer.
Warranty is always limited to repair, replacement or partial refund – this is limited to the original purchase price of said part(s).
All of our items are always sent via a recorded delivery service.
We endeavour to despatch all orders placed within one business day.
If any item is not available from stock, you will be notified and your order will be placed onto back-order. If your order is not fully for fillable, you will be given the option of a part shipment.
Local Same day deliveries are available, please contact to discuss.
International customers are advised to contact us prior to ordering to confirm shipping price and also timescale.
Timed deliveries are also available – Pre 9AM, Pre 1PM and Saturday Services, along with Express International shipping. Please contact us direct to discuss.
We operate a 7 day return policy.
If you are unhappy with the product supplied, please contact us to arrange a return within 7 days of delivery.
The items can be returned within these 7 days for a full refund, credit or exchange.
Goods are to be returned at the buyer’s expense, and must be returned in their original condition and still in the sealed original packaging.
We will NOT accept returns of certain items, including and not limited to:
Any specially ordered parts.
Any item that has been removed from its original packaging, is marked/damaged or missing any of its parts.
Any item that has been used/fitted.
Any electrical items will not be acceptable for return once delivered.
Items to be returned, are done so at the buyers expense.
The buyer must contact us within 7 days to initiate a return/claim.
Goods can only be returned with a returns authorisation number.
After 7 days of delivery any goods supplied correctly and returned for a refund will be subject to a handling/restock surcharge of 25%, repackaging costs under some circumstances may also be charged. Return shipping is non-refundable in these circumstances.
The above returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Once your items are returned, and accepted - you will be contacted and issued with the appropriate refund.
We cannot accept any responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered.
