DELIVERY

All our items are always sent recorded delivery and in stock items are dispatched on the same day that an order is placed before 1pm.

You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been processed and packed so that you can track your delivery.

If an item is not in stock – you will be notified and it will be placed on backorder against your order.

If your order has other items alongside a backorder, your complete order will be held until backorder items come in. We will contact you regarding this, and if required will part ship order.

Small Items – Will be sent via Royal Mail 24/48 Recorded Delivery.

Medium / Large Items – Will be sent by our preferred 24/48 hour courier method.

International shipping – Will be sent by our preferred courier method.

Collection – Collection from us is available, please call or email us to place order.

Local Same day deliveries are available, please contact us to discuss.

DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS

Customers are to advise us of any missing or damaged items within 3 days of delivery. If your parcel upon delivery has any signs of damage to the outside packaging this needs to be noted with the courier upon delivery and signed for as “damaged” so that we can enable a successful claim.

SPECIAL ORDER / BACKORDER ITEMS

Any special ordered items will be subject to a minimum deposit of 50% against the ordered item, once the order for specially ordered items is placed they are non-cancellable. If the customer choses to cancel the backorder, then they waive the held deposit and it is retained.

Special order/backorder items estimated delivery timescales are given upon point of order, these timescales can change. We will update customers upon any changes to the leadtimes.

VAT and DUTIES

The Sprinting Hare JDM website displays product pricing including and excluding VAT as displayed.

Orders placed by UK customers, will include VAT at 20% and this will be displayed individually on your invoice.

Orders placed outside of the UK, will exclude VAT and will be VAT exempt.

International customers will be responsible for their receiving countries Duties and Value Added Tax which will be charged upon entry into the receiving country. We may require additional information from your for customs clearance.

All goods will be fully declared at the invoiced value for customs export.

RETURNS

We only sell parts of the highest quality, and when listed as Genuine parts they are Genuine Parts.

We operate a money back guarantee.
If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return and refund within 14 days of delivery.

Goods are to be returned at buyers expense and must be returned in their original condition and still in the sealed original packaging.

We will NOT accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that has been removed from its original packaging, is marked/damaged or missing any of its parts.
Any item that has been used/fitted.
Any electrical items will not be acceptable for return once delivered.

Warranty on parts is limited to repair, replacement of part, partial refund – this is only upon confirmation of a warrantied fault.

Where supplied parts are from a manufacturer, the warranty cover is against their appropriate warranty terms and conditions.

Items to be returned, are done so at the buyers expense.
The buyer must contact us within 14 days to initiate a return/claim.
Goods can only be returned with a returns authorisation number.

The above returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
